Q: How do I find my nail size?
A: Each set includes a sizing guide, or you can order a nail sizing kit to ensure the perfect fit. If you already know your sizes, include them at checkout under “Order Notes.”
Q: How long do press-ons last?
A: With proper prep and application, your DeMoni Drip Tips can last 1–2 weeks per wear — sometimes longer depending on your daily routine and adhesive method.
Q: Are your sets reusable?
A: Yes! Most of our sets are fully reusable with proper care. Simply remove gently, clean off any glue, and store them in your DeMoni Drip Tips case.
Q: How do I apply and remove them safely?
A: Each set comes with an application kit and instructions. We recommend using nail glue for long wear or adhesive tabs for short-term use. To remove, soak nails in warm, soapy water and gently lift from the sides — never force them off.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Absolutely! You can fill out our Custom Drip Form on the site to request a one-of-a-kind set designed just for you. A $25 deposit is required before custom work begins.
Q: How long is the processing time for orders?
A: Each set is hand-painted with care. Standard processing is 7–10 business days, not including shipping time. Custom or rush orders may vary depending on design complexity.
Q: Do you accept rush orders?
A: Yes! Rush options are available for an additional fee. Just note your desired date in the order form and we’ll confirm availability.
Q: What’s your refund or exchange policy?
A: Due to hygiene and customization, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your set so we can make it right.
Q: How should I care for my press-ons to make them last longer?
A: Avoid excessive water exposure, apply cuticle oil daily, and store your nails in their original case. Treat them with care — your drip will stay flawless.

Q: Can parents stay during the party?
A: Absolutely! Parents are welcome to watch, snap photos, and enjoy the giggles — or simply relax while we handle the pampering.
Q: Do you provide food or drinks?
A: We focus on the full spa experience. You’re welcome to provide snacks or drinks if you like, but we recommend keeping it light to let your divas fully enjoy the pampering.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We suggest booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially for weekends.
Q: What if I have more guests than the package allows?
A: No problem! Mini Drip covers up to 5 girls, Full Drip up to 10. Additional guests are $30 each.
Q: What space or setup do I need?
A: A clean, comfortable area with a table and chairs for your divas is all that’s needed. We bring everything else — robes, spa supplies, and glam essentials.
Q: Can the party be themed?
A: Absolutely! We can customize spa robes, towels, and some accessories to match your theme or colors. Just let us know in the “Special Requests” section of your booking form.
Q: How do payments work?
A: A $25 deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the event.
Q: Do you offer travel for parties outside your area?
A: Yes! Travel within 15 miles is included. Fees apply for locations 16–30 miles ($25) or up to 50 miles ($40–$50). Beyond that, a custom quote will be provided.
